Here are some tips for cleaning your “body house”.

And avoid infections, allergies and excess illnesses such as overweight, diabetes and joint pain as much as possible.

1/ take DRENADOCTA 50 ML IN 1l of Volvic or Mont Roucous, to be drunk during the day. For 10-20 days.

While many drainers contain only 2 or 3 plants, this one contains green tea and 23 plants that act synergistically to stimulate your liver and kidneys and promote the elimination of toxins.

3/ Avoid white bread and desserts at lunch and dinner.

4/ If you’re addicted to sweets, it’s at snack time that you’ll assimilate them best: a little dark chocolate or honey, a few nuts and/or a piece of fruit.
